Hello. I am Murat from Istanbul, Turkey. I want to start a small sized paper mill to produce toilet tissue rolls. There are 2 basic obstacles: First is that I am on tight budget and the second is there are no experts to help me to setup such a factory where as there are many to import materials from abroad to setup a big scale paper mill. Therefore, I divided my job in two phase. In the first phase, I am collecting information as to how I can build the pulp making section from recycled paper. Can you help me? By the way, where are from? My best regards
